Frequently asked questions
How much content will I get?
Expect to be in front of a camera for at least 2 of the 3 studio hours. Create B-roll content, behind-the-scenes content, and work with trends. With effective work, you can leave with enough for at least 1 weekly video for the next quarter; and more with proper repurposing efforts. (cont.) You'll also receive up to 10 professional photos after the event. All content is shot with the ability to use it for many years.
What type of content will I get?
You can create whatever type of content you like. This includes viral videos, behind the scenes footage, a professional headshot, product images, and more! You'll also receive up to 10 professional photos after the event. All content is shot with the ability to use it for many years.
What if I don't know how to best use my content?
We're here for you! With every event comes access to our exclusive Sales & Marketing Membership Community for extra support
Will I be fighting for studio time?
We've got it covered. The event is capped at 5 attendees to ensure everyone has a project or station to work on at all times.
What is your refund/attendance policy?
This is a very special event where we are renting a venue and hiring a team of professionals to give you a curated experience. As such, we are not able to offer refunds on this event. We do offer a rescheduling option (see below)
What are the rescheduling options?
If there is an emergency, you can forfeit your session or exchange it for a 1:1 content shoot with Maddie (1 hour, on a different scheduled day with NO DSLR camera although we will have a HD DJI + mics). We can also reschedule your ticket to an alternate event date as a credit.
